I aim to make each piece exactly as shown on the website however as each piece is handmade individually the pieces may vary ever so slightly in design. Images may also look different on the computer screen as different computers have different colour capabilities.  

Delivery 

Please note that each item of jewellery is individually made to order, and as items are ordered in bulk they may take up to four to six weeks to deliver (unless otherwise stated).The postage and packaging price may vary depending on the size and weight of your order. Please contact me for further information. Please note that the delivery price is an additional cost to price quoted for a collection.

 Despatch

On placing your order you will receive confirmation email which will, state the details of your order and the delivery time. As each collection is handmade for each individual order the production times will vary according to the complexity of the design.

Returns & Refunds

If the have bought does not fit in well successfully with your current pieces, you are welcome to return it with 14 day period.  A full refund will be made when all items have been returned in good condition and with original packaging.  If items from collection become faulty in the first three months of purchase, it can be sent back for repair. After the three month period it will become the customers responsibility.Please note that refunds may take up to 10 days to be processed. In most cases it will not be possible to make a refund on items which have been specially commissioned and vary from the pieces found on the website.
